ADMAS is Virginia based non-profit organization providing education facilities to local community along with membership system and various fund raising activities. They chose salesforce.com platform to cater to their donation management, membership management and programs registration needs.We have developed a software with WP portal and a salesforce.com based backend platform where parents could register for different programs/courses suitable for their children and them self at various locations. Entire system is highly configurable with options to open new programs, classes with dynamic fee structure with PG integration to charge for all type of fees, membership management, scholarships, discounts and other features to manage entire admission and tuition fee related cycle.Key technical skills utilized in this project are: SF customization, VF pages, Web services, Data migration, Bluepay PG integration and a WP plugin developed as a front end portal. Beyond Vision migrated their legacy Dot.Net platform to a consolidated Salesforce.com system to effectively manage their donors, donation, fund management, accounting and marketing. Several third party platform integrations are working to provide a unified experience on cloud including but not limited to Quickbooks, Constant Contact, multiple payment gateways, Eventbrite and a mobile app on both Android and IOS platforms.
