As the firm’s Solution Architect and Program Lead, he ensures that staffing assignments align precisely with each client’s technical, operational, and compliance requirements. He has successfully managed staffing for projects with the U.S. Air Force Academy, Boston University, and the U.S. Census Bureau, overseeing multi-state recruitment operations. Mr. Siddiqi’s direct involvement in the vetting and placement process guarantees alignment between technical capability, organizational culture, and project scope.
